Replace 19v 2.37a power adapter

After our last strike our M-Audio M-Track Eight sound card lost its power adapter and I am having the darndest time trying to find a replacement. 19v 2.37a DC center-positive barrel connector (IDK the ID and OD measurements). The manual and the device show nothing beyond 19v 2.37a. M-Audio’s website is no help. I can’t find a matching (or even close) adapter through B&H, Best Buy, Eat My Beats, or Guitar Center. How do I replace a simple power adapter?

Assuming its the semi-standard size barrel jack it seems like either of these would work, if not an exact match:

First one is rated at 3a, second one is rated for 2a, I doubt you would have any issues with the 2a version, the 2a is for sure center positive(from the product image), which these days is almost always the case.

To find the right size connector I find a multiple connector set and try until one fits. Then buy the power supply with the correct fitting. It could be a 2.1mm or 2.5mm pin with a 5mm outer.

That's a pretty standard rating for a laptop power supply; I probably have 6 of them at my feet.

You might buy a Universal laptop adapter, or take the box to a local computer shop who could prowl through their Bin O Junk looking for one with the right plug.

when you say "lost it's power adapter" Do you mean it failed or is physically gone. More than once I have spliced the old plug onto a new adapter to avoid the pain of trying to find the right one. I've even bought adapters with maybe 12 different plug choices available and still failed to get a match.

Found the power supply a month later. A student had put it in the bottom of a bin of Edison cables. Thanks, everyone!
