Selecting the Best Channel for Show Baby 6

Maybe somebody can explain what these mean, and the pros and cons of each?

SHoW ID 201: Adaptive Neo Full Bandwidth
SHoW ID 102: Neo Full Bandwidth
SHoW ID 117: Neo Low Bandwidth
SHoW ID 133: Neo Mid Bandwidth
SHoW ID 149: Neo High Bandwidth
SHoW ID 165: Neo Max Technology

The default (201) sounds the best, but is there a higher risk of interference from other people using the same product?

I think the answer to this really depends on the wireless traffic in your area. There are wireless apps you can use to see which channels are already the most congested in your space, and then choose an ID based on avoiding those areas (so if the low spectrum is busy choose 149 for example).
