Short boom wireless headset

Somewhere I saw an ad for a short boom wireless mic and thought, "Boy, I'd like to check one of those out.", sure that I would remember the vendor and where I saw the ad. Well... I can't.
There were two models. One had an adjustable length boom and the other just a 2" or so boom. As I recall, the booms came from the bottom of the ear.
Can anyone help my feeble brain? Thanks!

I have ordered Countryman E6 is shorter lengths before. Worked with my sales rep who learned how to order them from Countryman. Was no extra cost, just a little lead time.
