SMPTE & ETC Element

Is it possible to do SMPTE sync with an ETC Element? I see it in the show control prefs but no documentation is in the user guide.

Based on

it looks like Element supports MTC directly, but SMPTE requires a Net3 Show Control Gateway. While I'm sure the Show Control gateway offers other advantages, I'd look into JL Cooper PPS-2 or similar, to convert LTC to MTC.

You can do Midi Timecode, but would need a Show Control Gateway for LTC Timecode.

Ya I have QLab that I am going to try with Midi timecode. I am just waiting for the USB-MIDI adapter to come in the mail.
