my principle has put me in charge of researching the possibility of redoing the sound system in our junior high auditorium. now, i know that it desperately needs a serious overhaul, but i don't know much else. does anyone have any idea where to start researching stuff like this

To respond, anyone on this forum would need a list of what you have now, what state it's in, the space dimensions and description, and average amount of people in it that the system will be used for. It would also be good to have channel capacities, wired/wireless mics, and how the speakers are currently mounted.

After all that, the people on this forum can get you through the whole thing.
