Soundcraft SI Expression 3 Echo (digital Delay) effect for RENT

I need one of you wizards to assist. The Highschool is operating a SI Expression with it's various selection of built in FX processors. For the life of me I can't manage to find the appriate "digital delay" echo effect for Maureen, (Joanne's ) moments of "diet Coke" Any offered knowledge on what processor to load up and settings to set would be much appriated. I haven't had the hour to sit at it with body mic and just turn knobs.
