Design Stella Adler Theatre Los Angeles CAD

Does anyone have a CAD file of the Stella Adler Theatre in Los Angeles at Hollywood and Highland?

Specifically this stage:

Preferably a Wysiwyg file, but .dwg or a Vectorworks file will do

I have their layout of their grid over the stage, but the scale isn't right, I can't figure it out. The hard copy of the ground plan of the theatre they gave me is also not in scale. The original .jpg, at 100%, is 65x84, so its impossible to print. I also have no information about electrics in the house, or anything of that nature. Or for that matter what the height of the space is. Nothing was provided to me in a way I can use it

They give you the dimensions of the stage on the website. So you can, in theory, use that and do the math to scale get everything into a 1/2" = 1'-0" Scale. Not too big of an issue if you have vectorworks. You would have to trace the Jpeg with lines then scale from there.
