Hi Everybody,
I'm working on an install that has an existing Strand Premiere system. I can find some docs on Strand's site. Can you please tell me what the last version of the software for Premiere was released (version number) and the last revision of hardware that was released? Can the software be downloaded anywhere? The venue already owns it, just maybe not the latest version. What is the feature used in the software to write an EPROM file? There doesn't seem to be a way in the hardware to indicate an EPROM load, only a config load.
Also, there is a number of existing Strand relay cards that are 16 closures each. It isn't very clear in the manual on how to assign those relays to specific addresses to trigger Non-Dims. Is there a very basic riser of steps to accomplish this?
Who is left in the USA that services Strand legacy equipment? I know Century lighting but have lost touch with who is still in the Strand legacy service market.
