My favorite was when a client returned a DX200 base station with one of the antennae snapped off. The shop foreman told me (very tongue in cheek, of course!) if I could go down to the McDonald's a couple blocks away and manage to snag us a replacement, he'd see that I got my Local 1 card fast-tracked
