Tool for wireless mic connectors

I'm looking for a tool that's used for Sennheiser wireless units (and
probably others) to tighten the threaded washer around the 1/8" mic
input jack. I'm linking a picture below. It's got a notch on either
side of the washer, so the tool would have two "teeth" that would
straddle the jack and allow you to tighten the washer. I've seen them
before, I just don't know what they're called to find one to
purchase. I called Sennheiser, and while they don't sell them, the guy told me "ring nut tool", though I haven't found anything that looks remotely right when searching for that. My local rental and repair house doesn't know what I'm
talking about, and just suggested that I file down some needle nose pliers, which I might have to do. Any help?

I usually tighten these with a small pair of needle nose pliars. You don't need to torque them so tightly that they would strip with pliars...a little turn will do it. You may need to open the box and grab onto the jack inside with something to get it to tighten properly.

We have Proco DI's that have 1/8" jacks with these nuts that chronically loosen and disappear. I torque 'em pretty good with just pliers and haven't had a problem.
