Here's an interesting story about Ocean Sound Recording Studio a top of the line recording studio located in remote Iceland. Nothing to technical about the story, but it's kinda cool.

Cool! Thanks for the links. The Previous Century® had a number of top end recording studios with natural aesthetics part of the feature package but I don't recall any that were right on a breakwater.

The take away from the owner's comments, for me, is that all arts and nature tend to come from a similar space, and benefit from mutual inclusion.

Looking at the views from the studio rooms and control room - you'd have to just hate oceans to not enjoy your sessions there.
