TV studio flat connection

I'm building modular studio flats. I want to make it easy to reassemble. I tend to overthink things a bit. I had though of using coffin locks to connect them. Now I'm considering 4-5 bolts with oversize holes to allow for adjustment. I wanted to avoid screwing them together over and over. These flats may have some longevity. I was also planning to muslin cover them, like flat rental houses do in LA. It seems to help them last longer and hold up better. Plus the muslin softens the surface on camera.

Any thoughts? Experiences?

Like SK8 - basic c-clamps. A little easier - the quick grip ones. Easiest way to also attach a simple jack. A few pieces - like an "L" - and you can do corners. Easy-peasy.
