Are 350 lbs Dewer tanks the best option, or are straight 50lbs CO2 gas tanks viable? I have a one week run of a show.

You will go through almost one dewar per unit for the run. You would go through about 6 50#ers per unit for the run. Yeah they take up a ton of space in the wing, but easier and may be cheaper to just go with one dewar per unit. Call AirGas here in GR for the rental.
