Based on the tiny bit I saw on the tv show (it sucked and the "plot" was very slow paced) I think there's a lot of turnover. And you'll be doing a lot of non-stage work. Setting up vendor tents, hauling water, tons of B.S. work. But it might be a good experience if you're 18 and have no obligations.

You have local stage hands like me to do the grunt work but I’ve heard some real horror stories about local hand luckily im on a pretty decent crew here in Washington.
