Vector works and Quicktime

Some of you may have see the news of a US Homeland Security report that Apples QuickTime has 2 serious security issues and that HS recommends dumping it from all Windows computers. As well, Apple has seemingly pulled the plug on QT for Windows.

Note that versions of Vectorworks earlier then the 2015 version, so 2014 and earlier, require QT to run. If you dump QT, your VW is toast. 2015 & 2016 is OK. Nemetsheck has stated there is no fix for this.

Basically, Apple is pissing on Windows users as they did not even notify developers that they had no intention of continuing support. They only notified Trend Micro as they were the ones who found the vulnerabilities.
