I've done a search for this (both on the web and in here) but can't find much help.

I'm using Vectorworks 2008 and would like to place a scale on the drafting for the ease of the electricians, but can't get the gimpy one with the program to work right. It looks odd and I can't get the size right. ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've never used the tool. The way I've always done scales is by building them myself, usually onto a separate Notes Layer of the drawing. Then it is simply a matter of creating rectangles adjacent to each other at different lengths. and then checkering them by adding a solid fill. It doesn't take that long to do and easy. Like I said, I have no clue how that Scale Tool works.

    Good Luck
