widget/software to test for the presence of Art-Net?

Hi all,

I find myself in a situation where I'm wondering if artnet is making it from my console down the line to my media server. a ping from the media server to the ip addy of the console proves the connection in good health, but my dmx control is spotty at best. I'm trying to eliminate a few possibilities and troubleshoot my network as I go. I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a piece of software or a widget of sorts that allows for the detection of artnet over a network. Perhaps I'm complicating things too much and should accept that the positive ping proves it's existence?

Still have 12 hours before show. plenty of time to troubleshoot...right?

I've used WireShark for stuff like this in the past - definitely more technical knowledge of the protocol required though.
