aka Y. Method of connecting to a transformer. Most often used on the stage with a five wire system: Hot1, Hot2, Hot3, Neutral, and Ground. In a 120/208VAC, 3Ø Wye-connected system, the voltage between any two hots is 208, and between any hot and neutral, 120V. Voltage between neutral and ground should be zero.
