Once an installation is complete but before Final Payment to the Contractor(s) is given, ATPs are conducted to prove or demonstrate to the Owner (or his/her authorized representative), that the systems meet the operational specifications, and perform as expected. Any deviations from the specifications must be corrected, waived, or the original specifications revised.
