Chebychev Filter

A Chebychev filter is one that seeks to have a minimum amount of ripple in the passband. For instance, a Chebychev crossover will not be flat in the passband, but will waver slightly. The advantage to a Chebychev filter is that it is easier to achieve a steeper cutoff. See also the Butterworth Filter.
