Pyle-National

Stage Lighting. Manufacturer of multi-pin connectors. The 37-pin Star-line® series was an industry standard for a brief time, from the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s, and provided 12@ 20A circuits, each with a separate hot, neutral and ground. Twelve gauge, thirty-seven conductor multi-cable is often referred to by a euphemism meaning "equine male anatomical member."

The more versatile, smaller, less-expensive, and lighter-weight Socapex-compatible connector and 12/18 or 12/14 cable from the rock show touring industry has replaced almost all Pyle cable, although providing only 6 circuits instead of 12.
