A male connector, usually an F connector View attachment 5590
or BNC View attachment 5589,
containing a resistor, used at the end of an open line. Functions much like a Terminator, DMX, in that it "absorbs" the signal and prevents reflections from traveling back down the wire toward the sender. AN unterminated line may produce artifacts light ghosting, multiple images, and other interference.
