Blackout

1. (noun). A lighting cue in which absolutely NO lights remain on. All instruments and practicals are at 0%. Commonly used for scene changes, or to indicate the end of a scene/act/song/etc.
2. (verb). To extinguish all lights in zero time. Some people erroneously use the term "blackout" to refer to a fade to black.
