Fire Watch

The temporary measure of increased monitoring of fire hazards when conditions in a facility create a greater possibility of personal or property damage by fire or related hazard, particularly when using pyrotechnic effects. The same term is often used to refer to the individual whose duty it is to monitor conditions of a facility when these effects are in use.
