Lighting. Slang/colloquial term for the wiring device/terminal block used inside some PAR cans to connect the socket's wires with the fixture's cordset. A four-terminal, two-pole device for hot and neutral (the ground wire from the tail is bolted/pop-riveted to the can itself and is not attached to the block).
