Patch panel to light board

All the lights are set up back stage like you will see in the pictures. Any ideas on what devices to get to be able to run the lights form the back of the house instead of back stage?

Unfortunately the answer is a complete new system. What you have is what is known as an analog system that is way outlived it’s useful lifespan.

Per your previous posts, the dimmer specs say there is a standard analog 0-10vdc output from each channel of your control console to each of your 10 dimmers. So ten 22 gauge positive wires and one common negative wire (a multi-conductor cable) would need to be run from the dimmer rack control inputs to the new location at the rear of the house. You could buy a compact used two-scene 0-10 analog console off eBay for around $100 and that would be the extent of your investment. If you wanted to continue to use the backstage console as well, the new console would need to be "diode isolated", but that is easily done.
I recommend a used Leprecon, Teatronics, or Dove Systems unit, as it is likely parts are still available from the manufacturer.
Remember that the console must have 0-10vdc analog outputs! You should use a voltmeter to verify you have a 0-10 system!
 
Your photos show a 10 dimmer rack, a 10 channel 2 scene console and a patch panel of some sorts. The console is likely an analog control 0-10 volt DC. You want to setup the console in the rear of the auditorium ?. You don’t indicate if the console is hardwired to the dimmer system, or if there is a set of 10 pin connectors for the control system. If this were easy, the console would be connected via Cinch Jones 10 pin connectors and you would only need a long cable with those connectors, to extend the control cable from rear of auditorium to dimmer rack. Nothing you have indicted or show us indicates that’s how this is all connected, so no advice is useful without more information. Trace and follow the control cables off the control console to where it connects to the dimmer rack, take some photos and tell us what you find.
 
An alternative - if it is 0-10V - would be to get a demux and run a low cost DMX desk. Easier to move around and extend, then. But this does require that you can get access to the control wiring to the dimmers in the first place.

This would be the way I would go as fooling around with analog control cable is something to avoid.
You don’t indicate if the console is hardwired to the dimmer system, or if there is a set of 10 pin connectors for the control system.
The console is hardwired but is designed to be moved. It has handles attached and a single piece of flex conduit run to it.
If you wanted to continue to use the backstage console as well, the new console would need to be "diode isolated", but that is easily done.
You would want diodes on the outputs of the existing console as well.

Without better familiarity of the situation I think the scope of this project is such that it would be questionable to proceed with it.
