3v lamp

Hi all, sorry in advance if i use the wrong terms, I hope you can understand what im trying to ask.

For our christmas show the choir is using hand held battery powered candles. Powered by 2 AA batteries. I'm trying to find replacement lamps for them but am having a hard time sourcing them because I don't know what they are. The base of the lamp is a standard C7, but rather than just a filiment inside the globe, there's a little chistmas light inside. Like, the outside globe is just for show (looks like a flame) and inside theres the working christmas light, which makes sense because the whole thing runs on 3v. A standard C7 wont work with them cause

Does anyone know what this lamp is called? and if so where I can source it? All my local vendors are confused by it and havent seen it before haha

I believe that the E12 base is the same as C7.
