I am trying to put together a system for Streaming A/V, Recording audio, and playback simultaneously using a PC, camera and Soundboard combination. Currently, we have old PC handling the streaming with a camera for video and monitor output #2 via 1/4" to RCA for Audio. I have a decent laptop with iTunes and multiple split tracks that I need to be able to play. The connection from the laptop to the soundboard is a 1/8" to RCA --> DI BOX --> 2 channels on the board. Works OK, but complaints of dull sound have me looking into a better system (PC) setup with 2 Higher end Sound card (or external M-Audio possibly) so that I can consolidate the cost and controls for 1 person (me). Any suggestions?
