A type of distributed dimming in which a number of dimmers (most often 4 or 6) are arranged in a linear format, as opposed to a single backpack dimmer or the more compact dimmer, shoebox. Most incorporate fixture mounting (often via Unistrut-type hardware), creating essentially a self-contained Par-Bar.
