If you have Lightwright 6 you can print out labels directly from there. If not, you should look into getting it 
If you can get your paperwork into an Excel file you can also do a mail merge in Word on the appropriate sized label that you wish to print and then it will automagically print out all the rows in your spreadsheet. All you have to do is layout the fields where you want them to be on the label and off it will go. If you are unsure how to do this just Google "mail merge" and you'll get a bunch of results that will walk you through it.
As for how to order the data, I'd start with the most important info at the top that is required during the hang:
Unit #
Instrument Type
Channel #
Color
Template
Two-fers
