Jands Vista B-Eye HELP!!!!!!

Hello! I am using the Clay Paky B-Eye on a Jands Vista T2. I am having real trouble with the LED effects I am running the B-Eye on shapes mode. But in the vista I can only control the basic color, intensity, position, and zoom.
Under the custom tab I can see the various options for the macro effects but I can't make them work! How do I do this? Thanks!

You might need to turn up the 2nd and 3rd intensity channels. There's the main intensity for the fixture, but then there's the Shape intensity and the Background intensity. If you select a shape without bringing these up, the fixture won't do what you want.
