Control/Dimming Leviton DDS 6000 dimmer pack issue

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with a Leviton DDS 3600 dimmer pack that I can't figure out. When I apply power to the pack, it recognizes the power coming in, but it also thinks that it has DMX present without plugging in any data. No DMX cables are going into it. The internal dipswitches are set correctly to listen to DMX and not to be in stand alone mode. Any thoughts or ideas?

It's all good now, swapped data cards from another nsi dimmer pack with bad dimmer cards. Thanks though guys.

Blown gate protect inside the DMX chip on the board. Could indicate pin 2 or 3 got spiked with voltage. Shouldn't happen as pin 1 on the pack mates first, unless you have a cable that has an open conductor on pin 1. Even then, rare, but worth checking your cables.

The DDS line uses Microplex as its native protocol (although DMX can be retrofitted).
