Power Supply Unit. May be any SMPS, or could be a source that provides both power and data to a color changer, iris, gobo rotator, moving mirror, etc. The quantity of devices each PSU can handle is determined by the wattage of the PSU, the power draw of each device, and the length of cable between them. Most have an AC input and DMX (XLR5) input and use 4-pin XLR (combined power and data) outputs.
