Red Exclamation Mark in Patch on Ion

Hi all,

This happened once before and for the life of me cannot remember how/why, but while patching Mac Auras I encountered one fixture with a red exclamation mark next to its channel in Patch. It works properly but I'm concerned there may be some other issue I'm not aware of.

Does anyone know what the red exclamation mark means?

A red exclamation mark means the device is reporting an error, or the console thinks the device is reporting an error.

Use [About] channel to get more details. The fixture face panel may also provide clues.
