I'm working on my least favorite Musical "Singing in the Rain"! Has anyone had any luck with finding Cheap Umbrellas that has worked on this show before? I don't want to spend more then $40. I need 22, wooden hook handle, can be red, yellow, blue, or black!

It sounds to me like you are seriously under budget for these. A $2 umbrella is going to last 2 minutes before it breaks. Even buying from an overseas wholesaler you are going to get really cheap, easily breakable props that will be more of a headache than its worth. See if you can get a little more money first, or start with a good prop and explain why you need the money to get more.

Probably you've already tried this, but just in case: look for local theatres that have done the show in the past.
