Unfortunately, a very good friend was onsite and in the room when he fell. I have spoken to her about it today. As one can imagine, it's quite upsetting.

I have no personal connection or even work in that area of the industry. Yet I find such a collosal safety failure quite upsetting.

My mind boggels trying to imagine how those closer might feel. Condolences to the survivors!
