Many of the 4 channel leds have the dimmer channel like this,from 0 to150 = dimmer, and from 151 to 255 it strobes at different rates. This may be why you see flickering when dimming from 255 to 0. Try not going beyond 150 if you want no flickering or strobing effect. Ed
