The safety chain was accidentally chained through the keychain loop that actually rotates the mirror ball. Now the mirror ball is stuck. It still "wiggles," but will not rotate in a full circle. It sort of just jerks back and forth in a little 1/4 circle but not a full rotation. How do I get the...
