Automated Fixtures Mirrorball motor is not fully rotating

The safety chain was accidentally chained through the keychain loop that actually rotates the mirror ball. Now the mirror ball is stuck. It still "wiggles," but will not rotate in a full circle. It sort of just jerks back and forth in a little 1/4 circle but not a full rotation. How do I get the motor to rotate in a full circle?

Buy a new one.
Seriously, they're about $15 for a cheap one.

unless you feel like taking the housing apart, or just "re-wrapping" the cable id agree with avkid just get anew one, beter to have a backup and new one then to have a useless one

Probably a plastic or phenolic gear inside that broke a tooth. Even if you got it going, if may stop at the same spot in the future.
