Frank Chyz 2 of them are Matrix DMX Pro by Optima lighting (both around a year old) other 2 are from Techni-Lux around 6 years old. We tried each dimmer pack alone with a short cable from the controller. None of them work in the address mode only manual mode.

We have 4 dimmer packs in sequence with addresses from 001 to 013. None of the 4 will respond to any commands from the controller. Tested the controller in another venue with 2 dimmers and they respond correctly. Tried one dimmer pack only on the controller. Again, would not respond to...

No longer under warranty. It does not come on. Within 2 or 3 seconds of the fan motor starting, it goes into shut down mode with accelerated fan (as it should under normakl shut down).No lights or color pattern appears, it shuts down too quickly for it to enve light up at all.Frank

Thank you, John. Those 2 or 3 par cans stay on (although extremely dim) even when X and Y are down to zero. They only go out when I kill the master. Are you saying that if I move those pots up slightly they may go out? How would I go about cleaning or fixing a defective pot?Frank
