At first I failed to notice anything past your first sentence. I never thought I'd need another old female, so this is a surprising day for both of us. And thanks for the link to the article. The level of detail is amazing.

If the outside of the connector looked like it was from the 1960s, then I don't see any reason to care if there's an unused hole on the female side. But the the 2P&G connectors all look too new. Thanks!

I'm building a display of old stage lighting and would like to find an old two-pin stage female connector. I've been trying to find a source for old/antique stage supplies but have come up empty. Any advice?
