The unit is built by a Chinese company and marketed by more than one vendor. Tiptop seems to be the more common name that comes up for that description. While I am fairly competent with DMX, this is my first venture into Artnet as an option. I thought I needed to set some of the IP address...

I purchased this unit some time ago and was never able to get it to work as there was no manual in the box. I know, you get what you pay for. I was for testing an already installed DMX system. By chance does anybody know what the Password is to access the device so I can set up the IP addresses...

Yeah, the MAC600 NT and the MAC600 E NT are different. The "E", for an electronic ballast, allows you to change taps for 120 or 220. Not so much with the standard ballast unit. So much for a "good deal".

Well, I guess I bought a boat anchor. Got a great deal, yeah I know "if it sounds too good to be true....", on MAC 600NT. Wasn't aware that these come as 208v ONLY, at least the regular ballast. Short of buying a stepup transformer for $40, anybody got a "trick" to make this bugger work on 120v?
