Hello, Dolly! Horse drawn trolley

I need some help from the hive mind. I need to build a decent looking horse drawn street car/trolley for our upcoming production of "Hello, Dolly!" I've done carriages before using a 4x2 garden cart from Harbor Freight as a base. Does anyone have ideas or plans to share that would help me out? I have to build it all out of wood, welding is not an option. We open in two weeks! Argh!

Thanks in advance.

More info would help. You have a designer drawing or are you just building off the cuff?

Useful info:

- Footprint dimensions (How big is it?)
- Functional requirements (do people need to ride it? how many?)
- Method of locomotion (moved by actors? by stagehands hidden behind it? Push stick?)
- Since I doubt you have a horse, why does it need to look like its horse drawn? Can it just be a trolley?
- Does it need to roll on its own or can it be mounted on a wagon?
etc etc etc

I take it OP went in a different direction...
