I am trying to get just the metal casing separate from all other parts. That way the metal can be repainted/dipped without damaging any internal components. Thanks
It would be worth a call to Audix and ask their advice. You might even be able to have them refurbish it or replace the casing for cheap. In any event, keep the paint completely off the screen and ports. Any clogging or reduction of openings will affect its performance.
