Chamsys MagicQ applying curve to virtual outputs

I have a number of different manufacturers of scrollers all with different non-linearities. On my Strand consoles I write a profile (curve) for each type of scroller and apply it to the dmx output controlling that scroller.

On MagicQ we have a number of definable curves stored as csv files these equate to profiles on the old desks. I can successfully apply these to dmx outputs controlling dimmers and fixture attributes but don't seem to be able to apply them to dmx outputs controlling scrollers when the scroller is patched as two virtual outputs which are then allocated to two real dmx outputs. Is this possible?
