Hmmmm!

I suggest that Mr. Raymond Bobgan, Executive Artistic Director read and review the article on Technical Director Satisfaction in the most recent issue of TD&T, especially in re: # of hours per week needed to accomplish the job, duties beyond basic job description, $$$$$$. Unless he enjoys looking for a new TD every 3-5 years.
