Control/Dimming DMX Merge or LTC in simple desk

I am looking for a desk with both or either of the features DMX merging with external DMX input and/or LTC timecode.
It must have rudimentary ML/RGB control.

The ETC Smartefade had a DMX merge feature that was nice but in the new color source that feature has been removed (and it does not support time code).

I am hoping to find a control solution with the price tag of about a smart fade and if possible similar form factor and feature set.

At the most I will be controlling 20 RGB LED Par cans kind of fixture and maybe 8 moving lights.

Does anyone know a solution that fit those requirements?

Most affordable desks will do neither of these two things. Could an external dmx merger be a solution? If you want LTC timecode support at the price tag of an ETC Smartfade, you will probably be forced to look at pc based solutions.

More details about your use case would be helpful. Which time based medium are you trying to integrate with your light desk? Audio? Video? Which application is used to run the time based medium?
