This is for the sale of three EV RE-1 dual Receivers.

They are the RE-1 system with the EVapd4+ antenna distribution system. They work great, but unfortunately the transmitters were stolen at a gig.
D BAND FREQUENCY RANGE: 798-822

The 700 MHz Band – between 698 and 806 MHz. The frequency range of these receivers and transmitters falls both inside and outside of the 700 MHz band and is legal within the US when used above 806 MHz. Unless I'm understanding the law incorrectly.

The 800MHz band is considered the public safety spectrum in the U.S.
Police, Fire, and EMT may operate in both 806-824 MHz and 851-869 MHz.

As Chris said, check your local regulations about these frequencies. Here is more information from the U.S. FCC
