I know many of you use professional options like Vectorworks or free options like Google Sketchup, but I just came across Free Floor Plan Software Designer - Autodesk Project Dragonfly today. It's for houses, but I was able to quickly draft a floorplan for a set. Educators might like this, and the designs print clean without a watermark. Very intuitive, and much faster to get started than Sketchup.
