General TV Chroma Q question

Can someone who is in production tell me why the Chroma Q is only picked up by the main CF camera on the TBS and ESPN broadcasts? Why do we see the green screen in all the cameras except the CF camera? Isn't that added downstream of the cameras?

On their switcher they are only feeding one camera to the DSK the rest of the cameras not selected for DSK will not have the effect part of the reason for this is to get a really good key effect and not a sloppy see the Buzz along the edge or on the hair.
